The LEED Fellowship is an eighteen month fellowship that empowers changemakers in Clark County to create new possibilities for education in our community. Through a series of high-quality learning experiences utilizing the Community of Difference Framework powered by Made By Change, leaders immersed in this fellowship will gain new perspectives, be pushed to face the foundation of education inequities in their communities, unpack case studies that illuminate the challenges, and culminate their experience with action projects that this community will bring to life and foster change.
LEED fellows are dedicated community members who want to see improvement in the outcomes of young people in Clark County, and who want to work with others who have an appreciation for diverse thinking, perspectives, and lived experiences. They operate with possibility, hope, and an entrepreneurial spirit for addressing complex issues.
